Product Registration and Activation:

All current versions of Kurzweil 3000 allow for online registration and activation directly through the software. If you prefer to register the software by phone or if you've forgotten your username and/or password, please email customer service or call 800.894.5374. Outside the United States and Canada call +1.508.315.6600.

Status of an Order:

We're happy to look into the status of an order you have placed with us. Please email customer service or call 800.894.5374 and a representative will provide you with the status of your order.

Please note: If you provide a valid email address to your representative at the time of the sales order, you will automatically receive an order acknowledgement once your order has been processed.

Missing or Damaged Product:

If you've received an order that you believe to be incomplete or if part of all of your order is damaged in some way, please email customer service or call 800.894.5374 and a representative will be able to assist you.
